During the current emergency state, we are fully aware that our services will be of critical importance to your daily activities and business continuity. We have taken all necessary measures to ensure that the crisis will not affect the quality of the services we provide to you.
Evolink will do our best your services to continue working seamlessly as ever. Our 24/7 support is at your service in case of emergencies.
Our main wish is to lower the risk for the health and safety of our staff, customers, their loved ones, friends and random passers-by. This is why most of our employees started working from home last week. The rest are working in shifts to support all our systems and data centers in perfect order.
Site visits
Please contact our NOC or your account manager before planning a visit to any of our data centres. We would like to avoid too many teams working simultaneously inside the data centres. If your visit is not an emergency or urgent matter and could be postponed for several days, we would appreciate your cooperation in trying to limit the possible thread on the wellbeing of everyone. If the job can be done by a member of our team we would gladly assist you free of charge. Visitors will be allowed in the data centres only if they wear masks and gloves and are visibly in good health.
Visitors in our premises will not be allowed. All meetings with customers and partners are carried our online.
