This Code of Ethics ("Code") describes standards of conduct for Evolink’s board members, officers, managers and all other employees of Evolink. This code extends as well as to our expectations towards our contractors, suppliers, vendors and third parties.
At Evolink, we believe in high integrity, fair play, respect towards every individual and we never sacrifice our values and ethics to achieve business success.
The basic rules of ethical practices at Evolink are:
We understand and believe our first responsibility is towards people and everyone is considered as an individual – customers, co-workers, partners. We treat everyone with respect and consideration irrespective of gender, race, age, sexual orientation, country of origin, political choice or religion. We understand that our services affect the business activities of our customers as well. The way we perform our duties, deliver and support our services will affect people’s life and the companies’ well-being and success. At Evolink we do our job with respect to people’s life, health, well-being, time and finance.
We always conduct our own services honestly and honourably, and expect our clients and suppliers to do the same. Our advice and the methods imparted through our training, take into account the ethical considerations, together with the protection and enhancement of our moral position.
Evolink respects the privacy interests of its employees, customers and partners. We comply with all applicable laws in the way we collect, use, or disclose personal information. All conduct with respect to privacy is subject to the clauses and regulations of Evolink’s Privacy Policy.
All Evolink employees in performing their duties should avoid pursue of a personal benefit for them, their friends, or family at the expense of the company and company’s customers or partners. We extend these expectations towards our partners and third parties.
At Evolink we believe that our strongest value and marketing tool is the quality of our service, the best customer support and competitive terms. We do not use any kind of unfair competition or misuse other companies’ weaknesses or inside information in any way.
Generally, Evolink employees should not accept gifts, cash or cash equivalents, and discounts and rebates on goods or services, unless they are available on the same terms to the general public.
The following exceptions are possible:
All customers, partners and third parties are requested to refrain from making gifts and offering any kind of stimulations to Evolink employees in order to affect the way they perform their duties.
At Evolink we obey the law.
Every employee is requested to protect and care for the environment in the process of performing his/her duties. Endangering the environment and wild life in any way, pollution and disposal of dangerous waste is strictly prohibited.
All potentially dangerous situations or violation of the code of ethics should be reported immediately to any member of management with whom the employee feels comfortable. Reports of threats may be kept confidential to the extent maintaining confidentiality does not impede Evolink’s ability to investigate and respond to the complaints.
All reports will be promptly investigated. No employee will be subjected to retaliation, intimidation or disciplinary action as a result of reporting a threat or violation in good faith under this code. If an investigation confirms that threat has occurred, Evolink will take swift and appropriate corrective action.
